The Roots Difference
We are a nature based Before and After School Program who also offers Summer Camp and School Break Camps for explorers in first through sixth grade.
Roots' mission is to bring your child's attention back to their 'Roots'-nature. With today's ever evolving technology, our children have become distant from nature, but Roots is here to help. With each of our staff trained in Outdoor Education and Teaching fields, we provide excellent mentorship and guidance for children to reunite with the outdoors and try something new.
Some of our activities include teamwork and community based experiences, gardening, animal care, nature-based art, swimming, garden to table cooking, self-care/mental health care, hiking, sustainability and recycling, kayaking, high/low ropes courses, and rock climbing to name a few.
